You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We recommend re-using the original packaging materials.

Shipping Information
All prices include international shipping. All artworks are examined to ensure their condition, and Passport Arts takes great care in the packaging and shipping of our works to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Artwork Availability
Please allow two to four weeks (from order date) for delivery. All artworks
displayed on the site are available and are shipped direct from the
countries of origin to you. In some cases, artworks may be included in
gallery shows or traveling exhibitions; and so, while your ownership will be
established, shipment may be delayed until the exhibitions are concluded. In
such cases, Passport will provide an estimate of the expected shipping time.
Artwork Pricing
All artworks displayed on the Passport Arts site are original. The artworks are shipped direct from the countries of origin. International shipping right to your door is included in the price.
Residents of Quebec will be charged sales tax of 5% (GST) plus 7.5% (QST) on the total. Residents of the rest of Canada will be charged 5% (GST) only. Residents of all other countries are sales tax exempt.
Countries into which the works are imported may charge duty. Passport is not responsible for these additional costs should they arise. They are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Prices can change without notice, due to shipping expenses. However, once we have confirmed your order, you are guaranteed that price for that work. This means that even if the price increases, if you have placed your order and we have processed it, you will pay no more than the amount displayed when you initiated the order. If you placed an image in your personal Viewing Gallery, the price listed for the piece will be updated and current.

FAQs
Is a painting a good investment? Will the value increase?
Many people purchase original art as an investment. As with any piece of art purchased as an investment, the artist's reputation and the current market for his/her works determine the value. The value of any piece may fluctuate over time. All the works offered on our site are original, and direct from the artist. As such, by definition, these works are considered valuable and collectable.
How do I know the art is authentic? What do I look for?
Authentic artwork will have an artist's signature, on the front and usually on the verso of the work. The artist also usually will write the date of the creation. Passport guarantees the authenticity of its artworks now and in the future.
Can I return a purchase?
Yes, we have a money-back guarantee. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We take the utmost care in the selection, packaging and shipping of these fine artworks. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days from receipt for a full refund of the price, provided the work is returned to the country of origin in perfect condition. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We recommend re-using the original packaging materials.
Are these artworks available anywhere else?
Most of the artworks offered at Passport Arts are not shown or offered anywhere else. However, we believe that artists should have ample opportunities and venues to show their work, so we don't require exclusivity contracts with the artists we represent.
