Passport’s mission is to discover artists whose work marks them as masters in the making, and introduce them to art appreciators. The vision of artists not jaded by the lure of the international scene has purity and clarity, a new way of seeing and expressing the world around them. These artists work in the Western tradition, but their creations bear the perspective of their unique culture.
Through direct engagement with the artists, Passport is able to present fine works at affordable prices. Even though the quality of paintings, sculptures and other works is comparable to that of today’s best-known artworks, the prices are a fraction of those usually seen in galleries. And so, while the collecting of art has primarily an aesthetic value, it may also prove to be a sound investment.
